For Gaza & Lebanon's Mothers: Urgent Support Needed

Supporting the Mothers of Gaza and Lebanon

The mothers of Gaza and Lebanon bear the unimaginable burden of raising their children amid destruction, loss, and daily struggles for survival. Many of these mothers have lost their husbands and now care for their children alone, fighting to keep them safe, fed, and educated despite the ongoing crisis. By supporting our sisters in their time of need, we are directly supporting their young children as well —providing food, shelter, hygiene products, cash assistance, sponsorship and support for maternal clinics to ensure their survival. A mother should never have to choose between feeding her child and finding medical care. Your donations help ease their suffering, giving them hope and strength to carry on. Stand with them, support them, and give them a chance at a dignified life.

The Islamic Center at NYU is working with Human Concern international to assist these mothers in their time of need. All donations are tax-deductible and zakat-eligible and will go a long way in ensuring that no one is left on their own this Ramadan.
